Welcome to Joyfully Unstoppable, the podcast for women who are ready to lead boldly, live lightly, and reclaim their joy. Whether you are leading a team, a classroom, a boardroom, or your own big, beautiful life, I am so glad you found us. I'm your host, Becky Ham, leadership coach, speaker and founder of Women Lead Well. After years of high level leadership, I discovered that success doesn't have to come at the cost of your peace, your values, or your wellbeing. Each week, we'll explore what it means to lead joyfully, sustainably, and authentically. Even in a world that tells you to hustle harder and prove your worth, you carry a lot. Let's help it feel lighter. Okay, so friends today we're, it's gonna be a little bit different. I am recording this on November 1st, the day after Halloween. And, my kids are at their ninja class with dad, which is awesome. So I have a nice quiet morning to record some podcasts and get ready for a webinar that I am holding on Monday. So the webinar will happen, before this episode drops. But I'm just in the last minute preparation. Last week was really busy. This coming up week is gonna be really busy. my husband is a retired Marine and he is the guest of honor. He's the speaker at a Marine Corps birthday ball that is coming up, um, next weekend. For those of you who don't know, uh, the marine birthday is on November 10th and the birthday. It's a big celebration every year and a birthday ball is a big party where you get all dressed up and fancy and it's just a night of celebration and, and remembering of marines that we have lost and the strong legacy of the Marine Corps, the amazing legacy of the Marine Corps throughout time. And it's just a, a fantastic kind of family extended family event for Marines. Um, and so we're really excited about that. What that means is that I am compressing a whole lot of work into a shorter period of time.'cause we're gonna be outta town for a little bit. Grammy and Grampy, uh, are coming to watch the kiddos and they are gonna have a great time. But, so today I figured, you know. I launched Joyfully Unstoppable in June, so we are moving into our sixth month of the podcast. It has been a lot of fun. I have really enjoyed it, and so I just wanna give you guys an update on where we are and then, but where we are on the podcast, but, but also where we are at Women Lead Well, where the business is, and then just, just give you a look at what I've got planned as we move into 2026. I'm not gonna talk about the entire year because I want this episode to not be an hour long. We're gonna keep it focused. Um, but let's start with the podcast. Let's start with joyfully, unstoppable. And my number one message on that is just how much I appreciate you guys for listening for six months. I mean, it is, I didn't know what would happen. You know, when you start a podcast, you don't really know if people are really gonna care about what you have to say. If. You're gonna say anything that, um, is helpful, encouraging, inspiring, or kind of like valuable in terms of giving meaningful guidance. And so I have really appreciated those of you who have listened to the podcast, who are my, my subscribers who get the podcast every week. Those of you who share the podcast with your friends, those of you who have provided ratings and reviews. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. It makes such a difference to a tiny little podcast like mine in its first six months swimming out there, and Apple and Spotify, and YouTube with some of the big guns, the whale sharks like Mel Robbins and Amy Porterfield and, and many of the others. And so thank you. Thanks. I love you. Um, and I would say hi, if you enjoy this podcast, then please do. Like it, please subscribe to it. Please share episodes with your friends. And I think hands down, the thing you could do to help me with the podcast the most is we're rounding out 2025 and going into 2026, whatever platform you listen on, please, please, please, um, write me a review rate. And I mean, I'm gonna hope it's a five star review. If it's not, then hey, d DM me, reach out, let me know what I could do to make the podcast more valuable to you. I'm not doing this'cause I like the sound of my voice. Um, it always feels a little awkward to listen to my voice as I'm editing it because of course it sounds different in the real world than it sounds to me in my own head. Um, so yeah, I want it to be valuable to you. Whatever I can do to make this podcast more valuable, please let me know. Okay, so that's thing one. Thing two, the business women lead well. Wow. Have we done a lot this year? I'm really proud of it. I'm excited. I, you know, I think I am a high energy woman and I'm a high capacity woman, so I can do a lot and I, I have this drive to do a lot. It's just. It's just very, uh, organic, authentic to who I am. And so of course, I want everything to come faster than it will when you start a new business. It takes time to get the momentum going. and so. I want to celebrate the wins because what I look at day to day is how far there is to go to build the company to the vision that I have for it. And so I'm glad to have this moment here to kind of anchor in the several wins that we have had, since we started earlier this year. So, for those of you who have listened to the podcast for any length of time, you've heard me talk about Frantic to Flourishing my 12 week Burnout recovery program. We are a quarter of the way through that first cohort, and I gotta tell you, I love it. I love group coaching. The women who are in this group are amazing. They are successful, they are driven, they are warm and loving and generous. And, and it has been just such a joy. We have our group coaching calls on Tuesday afternoon, and it has been such a joy to talk to them every week and see how they're doing and see how they're interacting with the curriculum in the program, and to get ideas of what I wanna tweak going forward or what, what really does seem to resonate and connect that I think is is valuable that we'll keep when I launch this program again next year. So frantic to flourishing. My first time doing a big 12 week group coaching program, and I, I kind of been bitten by the bug. I like it. It's fun. Now, here's the caveat for that. That is an expensive program. It is a 12 week program that includes weekly coaching, so that price point. Is higher. I mean, I kept it low this time'cause it was the beta launch. It was a thousand dollars for this time. Um, when I launch it again next September, the price is gonna go up.'cause I will have worked through all of the kinks from the beta and I'll continue to refine it over time. But there's gonna be a bigger, a bigger jump, I think in the, in the program between this first beta launch and the the next real launch when that comes next September. And so. I recognize that 2025 has been rough for a lot of women, both financially in terms of job stability, life stability. There's been a lot going on, and so a thousand dollars is a lot to pay. So I wanna be responsive to that. And, and so my next, the next launch that is coming and it, it will launch the week you are listening to this episode. I don't know that we're gonna be fully launched. By when the episode drops on Tuesday, but by Friday, by the time Weekend comes, your Success Blueprint will be live. And I am so excited to share that program with you. So your success Blueprint is a mini course. Five modules. each module has a couple of lessons that walks you through the goal setting and goal implementation process. And so my vision for your success blueprint is that anyone can access it. It's$26 because next year is 2026, and the goal is to have 2026 be your best year yet. So this five module program. Is rich. I built it like it was a three,$400 course. My intent is to provide significant value just at a severely reduced price point. It's my way of saying, I recognize this has been a difficult year financially for people and, and so let's, let's help each other out. Right? Let's. Build goals that are authentic to who you are, that resonate with the actual capacity that you have to implement and step by step by step, let me walk you through how to set big juicy goals that are actually gonna move your life forward, that are actually gonna bring you joy and value. And then let's talk about what you do over the next 12 months to achieve those goals. You know, a lot of goal setting programs. We'll, like walk you through, this is a smart goal. This is how you set, I don't vibe with smart goals. It, it's not a knock. If they work for you, that's awesome, but they don't work for me. They just feel very flat, just very bl. Like I have zero motivation for a smart goal. So I use what is called the align framework anchored in your, so a Align, A-L-I-G-N. Anchored in your values in vision, um, limited in scope so that you know you can define success. Um, I is for impactful that it actually moves the needle on things that are important to you, g. Grounded in the reality of your capacity. You don't pick a goal that, like, you can't, you just don't have the bandwidth, you don't have the resources to achieve nay, nay. We're gonna gra, and if you have a goal that really is aligned, that really is impactful, that is limited, but you don't have the capacity, well then in the course we talk about things that you can do to grow your capacity, to make it more realistic for you to be able to achieve that goal. And then N is navigable that you have a way forward from where you are. There is a road to success because sometimes we have an aspiration that we define as a goal. But there actually is no road from A to Z. And so we set ourselves up for heartbreak that we're not gonna get there from where we are. And so again, we're gonna map it all out. So. I am very excited about your Success blueprint, the goal setting, goal achievement program. That's coming out, again,$26, so I'm super excited. more to follow on that. I'll put the link in the show notes when the sales page is live, and again, that will happen sometime this week. All right, so that is what is in the hopper of what we're doing right now. I'm gonna talk about coaching at the end. but in terms of the digital programs or the group. Frantic flourishing. A group program, your success blueprint, that's just you gain access to the mini course and you complete it at your own time. You can always reach out if you would like support. There is our Women Lead Well community over on Facebook, which is a free Facebook group that you can join and share your experiences with the amazing women in that group too. next up now we're moving into what will be available in 2026. I'm developing another mini course, so it'll be 26, 20$7, on making friends with your inner critic. This is a theme that comes up often, almost constantly in the women I coach, is that. They're super hard on themselves. I was talking to a client the other day and we had mapped out what, what her priorities were through the end of this calendar year. She's making some big moves in her life and was starting to feel a little overwhelmed. That is very natural. That is very normal. That is not a sign that you're not doing it right. It's a sign that you're a human being and you're making big changes. Right? And so we were just trying to get very clear on what she wanted to do. What she knew would move the needle for her over the next couple of months. And she laid it all out and, and I made the comment on the call like, okay, it sounds like you've got a good handle on this. And she said, you know, I do. I don't know why I'm so hard on myself. And so we had a conversation about her inner critic and, and you could tell, I could tell. And she, she's identified that, that she holds. A voice in her head that is not tied to the reality of her situation, that voice is there and she feels like she has to stay on herself. That that voice has to be there. That negative voice, that critical voice, the criticizing voice has to be there to motivate her to do the work. And as we talked, she realized that that's not true. She can do the work anyway'cause that's who she is. And I know that's who she, she's amazing. And so she came to recognize this disconnect between the voice that runs on a loop in the back of her brain and her actual reality in her life. And so I've heard this story, this same story so many times from the women that I coach, that I wanna develop another mini course. It'll be short, sweet five modules. It'll take you a few hours to get through. That really helps women to get clear. On the inner critic, on, on where that, whose voice that is.'cause it's tied to an actual human being. You know, in your life, in your past, whose voice that is, how you can love on that inner critic. You will never get that. Inner critic's always gonna be there. That is life. That is part of the lived experience. There is that part of our brain. So you love on it, you reassure it, you comfort it, you resource it. And at the same time. Uh, for those of you watching me on YouTube, you're seeing my hands going two different directions at that same time. You invest in your inner cheerleader, and so we're gonna talk about doing that in the mini course as well. And how do you build that very real voice that cheers you on and pumps you up and encourages you and supports you and, and is there. As your inner cheerleader How do you invest there? Not to get rid of the inner critic,'cause that's not realistic, but if you think of these two voices, how do you turn up the volume on your inner cheerleader to turn down the volume on your inner critic? I. Plan for that to launch in January.'cause I'm just launching the goal setting, the, your success blueprint now in November. And it's a lot to launch right after. if the stars align, if I can, I will launch the inner critic mini course sometime in the month of December because I also recognize. You know, through the holidays, as we spend time with often well-meaning families, like that inner critic voice can get pretty loud for us, right? Because we've got family members who love us, but sometimes aren't as diplomatic or as helpful as they could be in how they talk to us. Um, so if I can get that mini course done in time, I'll launch it. Sometime in December so that you would have it if it would be helpful to you as you go through, um, the holiday season. But, but I can't promise that. I'm gonna try, but I can't promise. But for sure by January and now. After the inner critic course, and I don't have a name for it yet, it'll be something, I'll do my best to make the name interesting, but after inner critic, then I think my next move will be to build a longer course that helps women deal with imposter syndrome. Because again, this comes up in virtually every conversation I have with women in one form or another. If women are talking about growing and I deal with, again, amazing women with ambition and drive who are successful and they still have imposter syndrome might be strong, but but imposter thoughts that hold them back from doing what they really wanna do. And it is almost to a woman. I mean, this is almost a universal experience for women and maybe for men too, but my clients are women, so that's who I focus on. But there's this thing that holds us back from really pursuing our passions and our dreams and our desires because there is that part of us that thinks, well, who am I to do this? Or, I'm not good enough, or I couldn't possibly, and so I wanna, meet women where they are. I wanna address that. I would love to offer that as a$26 mini course too, but I don't think I can credibly help someone overcome their imposter thoughts in a five module mini course. I just, it feels like for the inner critic, yes. I think I can credibly do that. I can help you love on your inner critic and build up your inner cheerleader in five module. And so let's say that's 10 hours of course, content and work that you would do. Yes, I think I can, I don't think I can do that for imposter syndrome. I think that is just a more deeply entrenched, like thornier. There's just more to it. We'll, see, I don't know. I have to build it. I haven't, I have the idea, but I haven't actually flushed out the curriculum yet, so I can't tell you the number of modules. but it's gonna be bigger than a mini course, smaller than the 12 week group program. So here's where I would love your input. If you could DM me on Instagram, I'm at women Lead well. Do those offerings meet your need? Would something on building your inner cheerleader, dealing with your inner critic, something on imposter syndrome, to overcome those mental barriers to you pursuing your dreams and your passions. Would that be helpful to you? If it would DM me and let me know, because that is good, uh, validation for me as I move into the, the course creation process. If not, if there's something different that would be more helpful to you, then please DM me and let me know that too. I am here to help women grow as leaders. That is my one job, right? That is my sole purpose and I love it, and so it makes me happy if I do that well, if I actually meet the needs that you've got. So reach out, let me know what would help you. I would be so grateful. Thank you. and so finally I'm continuing to grow my one-to-one coaching practice. I just talked about my mission, like I love helping women excel in their passions, and I love helping them untangle like thorny problems or challenges, things that have been holding them back. From pursuing their goals, their passions, their dreams, anything that's been keeping them stuck, like I, I love breaking those barriers or breaking those roadblocks and coaching is such a valuable piece of that or such a valuable support for that. Coaching helps women get crystal clear on their goals, on their values, on their priorities, and it helps them develop. New insights, new perspectives that propel them to achieve their goals. Like you wanna talk about making goal achievement inevitable. Coaching is so powerful for that. Yeah, because it gets you out of your own mind. As the coach, I ask questions to help women really look at issues from different perspectives and gain insights that they haven't been able to achieve on their own. Because, because you only, like, you're in your own mind, right? Somebody from the outside serving as that mirror is so powerful. And then because coaching is always focused on action. Right. It's not, we're not just talking, it's not therapy. We're focused on what are the ne and I love therapy that wasn't a knock on therapy. They're just coaching and therapy are, are two different things. And this is a quick tangent that we're gonna get back coaching and therapy work really well together. I coach a lot of women who also work with therapists and they tell me that those two things in tandem really amplify the effect of each. So the coaching helps the therapy be more productive and the therapy helps the coaching be more productive. So if you've got the capacity for both. Woman, you're gonna see some good change in your life. But the beauty of coaching is that by, by serving as that mirror not telling, nobody knows you better than you know. You don't ever work with a coach who's gonna tell you what to do'cause nah, Uhuh, no. That is not the role of court coaching and it's not helpful. It does not support your growth by serving as that mirror, by holding space for you. Coaching really helps women. On block what's holding them back and get really clear on the next steps. And because you coach with someone, I've got three, six, and 12 month packages. Then there's that accountability every week or two depending on, on how often we're meeting at that moment where you're gonna check back in and you're gonna talk about your progress and you're gonna say, okay, well, so now I'm here. Now what's holding me back now? What's the roadblock? Okay, well let's deal with that. So then you can take that next step. Couple weeks later we come back. Okay, well, so now that I'm here, what's getting in the way? What's holding me? Okay, well, so then what's the next step? Then you can take that. That's how you make that consistent progress toward a big, juicy, audacious goal. I love it. So here's what I would say. If you have been curious about coaching, I've got a link down below in the show notes that gives you my beautiful podcast listeners. A pretty awesome discount on coaching packages as a thank you for being part of the Women Lead Well community. Again, I'm gonna wrap up where I started. I am so grateful for you all six months in, well really we're at the beginning of six months, so five months into this podcast. You guys are showing up. You're listening to what I have to say. Who knew? I never imagined. Um, I hoped, but you don't, you don't ever know. Right. I am so grateful to you and so. I would love to help you grow in your life in whatever leadership capacity, if that's a formal leadership role, if that's informal leadership within your family or your company or whatever. Whatever facet of life where you are leading. I would love to help you grow and achieve your goals and your dreams and your passions and your desires. And so, yeah, I wanna offer you a little discount on coaching because I really do see the power of coaching. Alright. I think that is all the updates that I have for today. Please join me next week as I guide you through how to do an end of year assessment. We're gonna talk about learning what you can from the good, the bad, the ugly of 2025, so you can move into 2026, ready to make it your best year yet. Now, if this episode spoke to you, I would love for you to share it with a friend who's running on empty. We need more women leading from alignment, not adrenaline, and don't forget to like and subscribe. And again, if you can leave me a rate or a review, I would really appreciate that.
